Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Aquakids! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our products, services, and website. By accessing or using any part of Aquakids, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Use of Our Services

Aquakids offers swimming lessons and related physical activity programs. To access our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent if you are a minor. You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes.

3.Registration and Account

To fully utilize our services, you may need to create an account with Aquakids ClassCard App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and are liable for any activities carried out under your account.

4. Payment and Billing

By purchasing our services, you agree to pay the applicable fees and taxes as outlined on our ClassCard website. All payments are non-transferable and non-refundable.

5. Make-up Classes

Guardians and students must inform their coaches that they will not be able to attend their classes 24 hours before the lesson starts to schedule a replacement class. Please note that Aquakids packages have a limited number of make-up classes to ensure that students will not be affected in their learning due to inconsistent attendance. Any class canceled within 24 hours of its start time will be considered as a class given, and there will be no refunds or make-up classes unless the student/guardian provides a letter from the doctor. Any missed classes after the number stipulated on the package stated at ClassCard will be considered expired, and there will be no refunds. Kindly note that make-up classes are subject to coach availability.

6. Rainy Day Cancellation

Please note that Aquakids Coaches are allowed to cancel classes under bad weather or unsafe circumstances, such as lightning or thunder. Even if the rain stops, classes for babies and young children may be canceled due to the cold water/cold weather that may lead students to sickness. In such conditions, a make-up class will be offered. Please advise your coach about the weather around your location one hour before the class starts. Kindly note that make-up classes are subject to coach availability, and requesting your coach to travel to your location under bad weather where the class may be canceled may result in losing the right to have a replacement class.

7. Package Freezing

Aquakids students are allowed to freeze their package for a period of fifteen days to three months in case of traveling, medical incidents, or any medical condition. Kindly note that Aquakids may not guarantee the same time slots once students with frozen packages resume classes. Freezing the package does not waive clients from any due fees, which must be paid on the dates stipulated at the time of purchase.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to cancel a service, kindly inform your current coach and email us at  info@aquakids.com.sg. Please note that all payments made are non-transferable and non-refundable, and canceling our services does not waive clients from any due fees.

9. Location Matters

Students/Guardians are responsible for coach access, coach registration, and the payment of any fee stipulated by their own condominium rules. Aquakids coaches are not allowed to teach at any condo without the respective management’s consent or breaking any rule regarding visiting such facilities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Aquakids, including logos, trademarks, and materials, is the property of Aquakids or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without obtaining prior written permission from us.

11. User Content

Any content submitted by users through our services, such as reviews or comments, remains the sole responsibility of the user. By submitting content, you grant Aquakids the right to use, modify, and distribute it for promotional purposes.

12. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Aquakids strives to provide accurate and reliable information. However, the use of our services is at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

Aquakids shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to personal injury, death, data loss, or financial loss.

15. Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Aquakids, its employees, and affiliates harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

16.Modification of Terms

Aquakids reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.

17. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed following the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Singapore.
